INFORMATION

The information collected by Edward Hannam Limited is related to the running needs of Edward Hannam Limited’s work load.

This includes the following.

• Site contact name, email and phone number,

• Company invoice / purchasing department email address, invoice address and phone contact.

• Site location address, date of testing and unique site details such as protection instrument details etc.

The information collected is supplied by the company / personnel whom Edward Hannam Limited is contracted to work for.

The information collected is used ensure Edward Hannam Limited achieves contractual visits to sites ensuring that the correct site liaison is met and the outcome of the G99 / G100 / PQ testing recorded accurately. Finally, the email addresses are used for the dissemination of the test results / reports and invoicing.

The information is stored on Outlook / (email servers). SAGE (accounting details), site specific test sheets and reports. The test result / report information is stored indefinitely as may be required by OFGEM etc. The contracted company details will be kept for a period of three years before being removed from the current version of SAGE. (historical backups must be kept for accountancy audit purposes).

Any personal information collected by Edward Hannam Limited will not be shared to any third party companies.
